Hempz Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hempz products as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items bought directly through our website. All returned items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your Hempz products in their original box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
